01. This quotation is valid till subjected to availability of resources.

02. In respect of Covid scenario, if any changes will apply with Hotels and Transports operations by State or Central Govt., then as per Govt. SOP cost may vary.

03. If due to any unavoidable circumstances, which are beyond our control, like Natural Calamities, Flood, Pandemic, EarthQuake, Govt. Notifications or any such type of things, tour need to be canceled, you never ask for refund of your advance money by any means. We will try to reschedule your tour with the specified time mentioned later on.

04. In all locations local sightseeing means normal local spots. You cannot search through google and demand to visit those spots. This will charge extra.

05. Meal menu in Breakfast & Dinner will be decided by Hotel management only as per their rules and terms. We don’t have any control over them. Generally during low-season this will be Veg menu & during high-season time this will be Veg as well as Non-Veg menu.

06. If Chandratal Lake will be within your route, in that case Chandratal Lake visit will be subjected availability of road. You have to obey Driver’s decision.

07. Due to the increase in Petrol / Diesel price, car cost may vary. For that reason the package price may change. That can be informed later on actual.

08. Hotel Check-in time is 12:00 PM & Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Requesting you to maintain this schedule.

09. At Hills, hotels don’t have lift facilities. Floor allotment will be completely as per availability basis. You never claim it.

10. If due to any incidents/reason during your tour, you need to cancel your tour no money will be refunded to you. And you can’t claim for any type of refund.

11. The route of your tour has been selected or agreed by you so any kind of disturbances through this route will not be entertained by us. And we will not be liable financially or legally for the same. If the tour cancels or needs to reschedule due to any road, political, natural calamities or any kind of disturbances then extra cost needs to be borne by you and you have to pay on spot in extra at actual/demanded.

12. Before booking your tour you must agree to all the above terms & conditions. After booking is done and advance received at our side, it will be treated that you agreed with all the above terms and conditions. After that no changes/modifications will be entertained.

13. If due to snow any road remains blocked and for that reason if any local sightseeing will not be completed in that case no refund will be provided.

14. Due to snow, if you can’t reach/check-in at your pre-booked Hotel, in that case you have to arrange another Hotel at your own cost. And your pre-booked Hotel will not be able to refund your booking amount. You also never claim for that refund.

15. All disputes are subject to Himachal Pradesh jurisdiction only.
