1. 75% Cancellation will apply 14-15 days of travel date i.e. 75% of total package cost will be retained.
2. No refund if cancelled 4 days before the travel date.
3. No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle or natural calamities like landslides, flood, earthquake, heavy snowfall or any other reason beyond the control of the Himachal – The Heaven Travels.
4. Himachal – The Heaven Travels shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passenger during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Himachal – The Heaven Travels.
5. All the above hotel cancellation for FIT & GIT is subject to all individual hotels term & conditions.
6. For the above terms and conditions mentioned in our website so as to clearly understand that the Himachal – The Heaven Travels liability and restricted to what has been forth here in the website’s terms & condition section.
1. After advance is done but confirmation is on hold. In this case 100% advance amount is refundable. 5% Bank transaction charges will be applicable.
2. If you cancel your tour after giving our confirmation, in this case 75% of the total bill amount or your payment amount, whichever is smaller, will be non-refundable.
3. Refund, if applicable, will be credited in your account within 15 to 20 days.
